Perfecto n8n Automation is a private, self-hosted workflow automation and reporting tool operated by Perfecto Group.
It connects to authorized Google services to retrieve analytics, search performance and advertising data for internal reports, dashboards, alerts and campaign analysis.
Purpose of the Application
Perfecto n8n Automation helps authorized Perfecto Group staff collect, organize and analyze data from approved business systems.
The application is designed to support internal reporting, performance monitoring, scheduled summaries, anomaly detection and human-reviewed optimization recommendations.
How the Application Works
The application uses self-hosted n8n workflows managed and operated by Perfecto Group.
When an authorized user connects a supported Google account, OAuth 2.0 is used to request permission for the required services. The application then retrieves only the information needed for approved reporting and analysis workflows.
Google Services and Data Access
Depending on the authorized workflow, the application may access approved data from services including:
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Search Console
- Google Ads
The application may retrieve reporting information such as:
- Website traffic and user activity metrics
- Search queries, impressions, clicks and average position
- Campaigns, ad groups and keyword performance
- Search terms, costs, clicks and conversions
- Account and property metadata needed to generate reports
Access is limited to Google accounts and properties explicitly authorized by the account owner or an authorized administrator.
How We Use Google Data
Google user data accessed by the application is used only to:
- Generate internal reports and dashboards
- Prepare scheduled performance summaries
- Detect meaningful performance changes or anomalies
- Support campaign and website analysis
- Produce recommendations for review by authorized Perfecto Group staff
- Provide approved reports to the relevant client
Google user data is not sold, rented or used for unrelated advertising profiles.
Who Can Access the Tool
Perfecto n8n Automation is an internal tool.
Direct access is limited to authorized Perfecto Group employees and approved contractors where operationally required.
Clients may receive reports or recommendations related to their accounts, but they do not receive direct access to the n8n administration interface or the internal automation system.
Security and Data Protection
Perfecto Group applies technical and organizational controls designed to protect connected accounts and processed data, including:
- HTTPS encryption
- OAuth 2.0 authorization
- Encrypted credential storage
- Restricted administrative access
- SSH key authentication
- Firewall protection
- Access based on operational need
- Secure backups
- Periodic access and configuration reviews
What the Tool Does Not Do
At its current stage, Perfecto n8n Automation does not:
- Provide public or self-service access
- Sell Google user data
- Create Google Ads accounts
- Change billing information
- Modify account users or permissions
- Automatically create or modify campaigns, ads, keywords, bids or budgets
- Upload remarketing audiences
- Use the App Conversion Tracking and Remarketing API
Campaign recommendations are reviewed by authorized staff before any action is taken manually.
Data Retention and Revocation
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably required for reporting, operational, legal or contractual purposes.
Users can revoke Google account access through their Google Account security settings. Perfecto Group can also remove stored credentials and discontinue related workflows when access is no longer required.
