Perfecto Group provides digital services, not physical shipped products. No physical delivery is provided.

Service Delivery

Service delivery starts after payment confirmation or approval/signature of the relevant proposal, agreement, or contract.

Delivery timelines vary according to the service type, project scope, technical requirements, third-party approvals, and client response times.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Before implementation starts, cancellation or refund requests may be reviewed.
  • After implementation starts or after full/partial delivery, refunds may not be available.
  • Third-party fees such as Apple, Google, domain, hosting, SaaS tools, and external platform fees may be non-refundable once paid or activated.
